We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains exactly what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your information.
This Privacy Policy applies to Evolve Credit Repair ("Evolve," "we," "us," or "our") and our digital properties, including evolvecreditrepair.org and the CreditEvolve Personal Dispute Letter Builder ("CreditEvolve"). Our principal place of business is in Texas. We can be reached at:
When you submit a form on our website to request the free DIY Credit Repair Blueprint, we collect:
When you purchase access to the CreditEvolve toolkit, we collect payment information through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
The CreditEvolve letter builder allows you to enter personal information — including your name, address, partial Social Security number, account numbers, and dispute details — to generate dispute letters. This information is processed entirely within your browser. It is never transmitted to our servers, never stored in any database, and never shared with any third party. The details you type into a letter are gone when you close the page. If you import a credit report, a de-identified snapshot of account statuses and dates (no name, Social Security number, or account numbers) is kept only on your own device, for up to one year, so the tool can show you what changed. You can delete it at any time, and we cannot access it.
To help you keep track of your dispute letters and follow-up deadlines, we store a limited record for each letter you generate: the type of letter, who it was sent to (e.g. "Equifax" or a creditor's name), and the date. We never store the letter's actual content, your name, address, Social Security number, account numbers, or the reason for your dispute — that information stays exclusively in your browser, as described above. Letter tracking is part of the paid toolkit.
We keep your account email, the date and wording version of the acknowledgment you accept before you start, your membership and payment records (card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and never reach us), and any help ticket you submit, including the name, email, and message you give us.
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:
This information is collected through standard web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and is used only in aggregate form to understand how our site is used and to improve our content.
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
We use the information we collect to:
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
We work with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our business, including email delivery platforms, payment processors, website hosting providers, and analytics services. These providers are contractually required to keep your information confidential and to use it only to perform services on our behalf.
The sign-up, log-in, password-reset, and help forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real people from automated programs. When you use one of those forms, Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic browser information to run the check. It does not receive anything you enter in the letter builder or any credit report. Cloudflare's handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or prominent notice on our website before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email we send you, or by contacting us directly at freereview@evolvecreditrepair.org. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may still send you transactional messages related to your account or purchases.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make such a request, contact us at freereview@evolvecreditrepair.org. We will respond within 30 days.

Texas residents have the right to request information about personal data we collect and how it is used, to request deletion of personal data, and to opt out of the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data. To exercise your rights, contact us at the information provided above.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include secure socket layer (SSL) encryption for data transmitted through our website, restricted access to personal information, and use of reputable third-party payment processors.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights or freedoms, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specifically:
