Every Feature, In Plain Language

New to CreditEvolve? The getting started guide walks through your first ten minutes start to finish. Come back here whenever you want the full detail on something specific.

Your account and the free tier

Creating an account takes no credit card and starts you on what we call the free tier — full, real access to a specific slice of the product, not a time-limited trial.

On the free tier you can:

Everything else — the rest of the letter library, additional report imports with month-over-month tracking, searchable letter history, and follow-up reminders — requires upgrading to the full toolkit, $99 for 12 months.

The Letter Builder

There are two ways to pick a letter.

Guide Me asks one question — where you are in the process — and recommends a letter from your answer: just getting started, got a response from a bureau, dealing with a collector, and a few other common situations.

Show All Letters shows the full grid of our letter library at once, each tagged for what it's for (Most Popular, Document Request, Collections, Fraud, Start Here First, and more), for when you already know what you need.

Either way, building a letter is three steps: Choose Letter, Your Details, Preview & Save. Your answers fill the letter template automatically, cite the relevant FCRA or FDCPA section for that letter type, and the result is ready to download or print.

Saving your letters. CreditEvolve never stores the letter itself — it's built and lives entirely in your browser. Before you generate your first one, set up a folder on your own computer (something like "CreditEvolve Letters") and save every letter there as you go. That folder becomes your only full record of exactly what you sent, which matters if a dispute ever needs to escalate.

Your Game Plan

Select every negative item currently on your credit report — collection accounts, charge-offs, civil judgments, repossessions, bankruptcy, late payments, and more — and CreditEvolve builds a conditional 90–120 day action plan from it.

The plan separates urgent steps, factual disputes, optional requests, and later follow-up, so you know what to tackle first instead of disputing everything at once. It's always free, whether you ever upgrade the rest of your account or not.

Importing a report

The import tool reads an IdentityIQ tri-merge report export — an HTML file you save from IdentityIQ's own site, not a PDF. That's the one format supported today; other providers aren't recognized by the parser yet.

The file never leaves your device. It's read and compared entirely in your own browser — nothing is uploaded, and nothing is stored on our end beyond a de-identified snapshot of account statuses and dates, used only to show you what changed later.

On import, you get a plain-language summary of your scores and accounts, plus a check that your current address matches across Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion — an address mismatch is a common, easy-to-overlook dispute target.

Your first import is free. A second import requires the full toolkit, since that's the one that turns a single snapshot into month-over-month tracking.

Tracking changes over time

Import a report again later — a month after your last one, say — and CreditEvolve compares the two automatically: score movement per bureau, accounts that cleared, accounts that are new, and anything else that changed, instead of making you re-read the whole report from scratch.

This is an unlimited-toolkit feature. Keeping a credit-monitoring account (like IdentityIQ) active is the one thing that stays yours to manage — CreditEvolve doesn't bill you for it, and the letter builder and Game Plan work whether you do that or not.

My Letters and follow-up reminders

Every letter you save is logged — the letter type, who it went to, and the date — so My Letters can show your full history and tell you when a follow-up is due. The reminder window is a general 30 days (the standard bureau reinvestigation window), not a guaranteed legal deadline for every letter type.

What's not logged: the letter's content, your name, address, SSN, or account numbers. Only the metadata needed to track what's in motion.

Privacy and what we store

Never sent to our servers, under any circumstance: your name, SSN, address, account numbers, the letters you generate, and any credit report you import. These are built and read entirely in your browser.

What we do store: your account email and membership status, and — once you save a letter — its type, recipient, and date for your My Letters history.

We couldn't hand over your letters or report data in a breach even if we wanted to, because we never have it. See the full Privacy Policy for the complete, specific list.

Pricing, renewal, and your account

The full toolkit is $99 for 12 months, plus applicable taxes, paid once — not a subscription. If it isn't for you, ask within 30 days and you get a full refund. There's no automatic renewal: when your 12 months are up, you choose whether to continue.

Renewing within 7 days of your access ending costs $69. After that window, starting a new 12-month term costs $99 again. Renewing early doesn't cost you anything — your new term is added to whatever time you had left, so you never lose days by renewing before you need to.

If your access lapses, nothing is deleted. Your letter history and Game Plan stay exactly where you left them until you're ready to pick back up.

Getting help

Stuck on a dispute, got a confusing response from a bureau, or just want someone to sanity-check your next move? A $49 consultation on your specific credit repair journey is available — one conversation, not a handoff of the whole process. Request a conversation and tell us when to reach you.

For anything else, submit a help ticket and we'll follow up.
