No credit card, no trial clock. Takes under a minute, and everything in this walkthrough is free. You'll then see a short "how this works" screen explaining what's free and what's optional, and you'll confirm you've read it before you start.
Create your free account →Select what's currently on your credit report — collections, charge-offs, late payments, inquiries, whatever applies. CreditEvolve turns that into a conditional 90-day plan: urgent steps first, then factual disputes, optional requests, and later follow-up.
This stays free whether you ever upgrade or not — it's not a teaser for the paid tier.
After your Game Plan, choose "Start your first round." Round 1 is the Personal Information Correction letter, one for each bureau: the one most people should send first, to get your name, address, and identifying details accurate before disputing anything else.
Confirm the name and address you want on file, add a short note for your letter log, and review your letters. You send them yourself.
Before you save your first one: make a folder on your own computer, something like "CreditEvolve Letters." CreditEvolve never stores the letter itself — your data is read and built entirely in your browser — so that folder becomes your only full record of exactly what you sent, which matters if a dispute ever needs to go further.
If you have an IdentityIQ tri-merge report, import it on the Report Changes page for a plain-language summary and a check that your address matches across all three bureaus. Your first import is free. The file is read in your browser — nothing is uploaded.
You've now used everything free: a Game Plan, one letter, one report import. If you want the rest of the letter library, unlimited imports with month-over-month tracking, and follow-up reminders in My Letters, it's $99 for 12 months — no automatic renewal.
If you'd rather keep going on your own for now, nothing expires and nothing is deleted. Come back whenever you're ready.
